Are you a caretaking friend or relative of a special person in your life? Special people include children, parents, relatives, friends, or any individual you care to help through their walk of life. We offer short and long care residential services to any person not content with their current living situation. If you have any of these concerns we can help!

My parent, or loved one can no longer handle the responsibilities of home ownership or even an apartment rental without the help of others.

As an aging caretaker I find it increasingly difficult to support the needs of my special person, and recognize we need extra supports for him/her to live independently.

I recognize there are many community and state programs for the severely disabled, but there are far fewer options for semi-independent adults.

I'm not comfortable with the long term planning I've made for the special person in my life in the event they outlive me.

My special person may not qualify for government funded support services and if they do we are to be placed on a waiting list.

The services available to us are not specific enough to best meet the needs of my special person.

I have little or no control of the location or neighborhood where my special person will reside.

The living situation we currently have is stressful and no longer meets the needs of myself or special person.

The everyday demands of living in the city may not be in the best interest of my special person. A more tranquil setting may better meet his/her needs.

Condo living eliminates the labors of maintaining a property, but doesn't offer the home like environment and helping hand from others which we currently need.

Paying people by the hour and coordinating services for my loved one is time consuming and expensive.
